Some manufacturers may choose to request more stringent password security:  at least 6 characters long, have at least one capital letter, at least one lower case letter, and one non-alpha character.

Additionally, many sites can have unique login requirements, such as an enterprise login manager.  Contact the site system administrator with any difficulties logging into Model N.

After logging in successfully, the browser displays the Model N Home Page.

NOTE: Model N tracks activity after the user logs in. When no activity is detected after a certain time, the user is automatically logged out.

From the Home screen, the user can:

  1. View the current Announcement from the Manufacturer and News & Updates.

  2. View a user-defined dashboard chart. If the user is given the capability, a temporary chart is provided initially with instructions on how to add a personal graph.

  3. Click on an alert link to view the new transaction information.

  4. Select a module to go directly to from the module panel on the left.
